Book one or more 75 minute 1:1 sessions with us to help elevate your wellness business or idea and receive bespoke, expert marketing and business growth advice. Whether you have plans to quit your day job and start your own venture, or are further along in your business journey and need some expert guidance on how to best market yourself, this session will empower and inspire you to grow your business.


Sessions are tailored to your specific needs and typically include:

  • Branding, messaging and target audience guidance (eg what you are saying and who you are saying it to)

  • Social media strategy - identifying which platforms and content are right for you and how to use them effectively

  • Tips for ensuring your brand stands out amongst competitors

  • How to DIY your PR & Marketing

  • Building strategic partnerships and collaborations

  • Creating compelling content - blogs, newsletters, social media posts etc

  • Running successful events

You’ll leave with:

  • A refreshed outlook on your business and its potential

  • A clear set of actions to take to grow your business

  • An emailed summary of our session to help you stay focused

We will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your session. Sessions can take place in person in London or on Skype. Non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your session, you must contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
